Natural Hair Growth Remedies For Faster Hair Growth!
When our hair is healthy, full, and alive, we tend to enjoy a higher quality of self-esteem and confidence. If your hair is thinning, there is no question that certain natural hair growth remedies can help you achieve faster hair growth and an overall head of vibrant, attractive hair. If you will allow me, I am happy to discuss some of these natural hair growth remedies with you now.
Natural Hair Growth Remedies For Faster Hair Growth:
Olive oil is absolutely wonderful and unfortunately overlooked as a fantastic, effective hair growth treatment. Even better is a combination of pure, natural extra virgin olive oil and natural almond oil. Simply massaging these oils into your scalp in a stimulating fashion for about 15 minutes each day will not only work wonders for regrowing hair and making it healthier, but will also feel really nice, too!
The integumentary system (hair, nails, and skin) is among the first body systems to suffer when nutrient deficiency is present. In other words, if you're not taking your vitamins, then your body lacks the energy necessary to deliver adequate attention to your hair, which in turn will suffer. The most essential nutrients you can give yourself for optimal hair health are the B vitamins (found in whole grains, brewer's yeast, dark vegetables, egg yolks, and most meats), vitamin C (citrus fruits and peppers), zinc (lean red meats), and magnesium (artichokes, barley, halibut).
There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking vitamin and mineral supplements, provided they're derived from natural food sources and not synthetics (made by the guys in white coats and goggles!), which are not recognized by the body as being usable.
Certain herbs have also been proven beneficial at regaining and maintaining healthy hair. Yucca, rosemary, horsetail silica, aloe vera, and perhaps the most popular hair growth herb, saw palmetto, all play a beneficial role in hair regrowth, strength, and elasticity. Most importantly, they come with little to no risk of adverse side effects.
A few additional hair growth tips:
Always let your hair become mostly dry before brushing, and always use a wide toothed brush or comb. Brush gently, approximately 10 minutes both morning and night. In addition, if you like to braid your hair, try to avoid doing so too tightly. Be gentle with your hair. It's counting on you!
And speaking of being gentle, be sweet to yourself. Don't stress too much. Stress actually plays an immense role in hair loss. Try some meditation, yoga, or just some nice, fresh breathing. Think about everything that's great in your life. Think about everything that's GOING to be great. This practice alone can have a significant impact on the health and vitality of your hair.
